The managing partner at Bohach Law Group, P.C., Kari L. Bohach is experienced with handling complex family law matters for her clients in Dallas, Texas. Her varied practice includes child custody and visitation disputes, high-asset divorces, property division, child and spousal support, adoptions, pre and postnuptial agreements, and order modifications. In addition to resolving some of these types of issues through negotiations or litigation, Ms. Bohach is also a trained mediator and has collaborative divorce experience as well.

Ms. Bohach was awarded her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1999. Following law school, she initially gained experience working as a case strategist for some prominent North Texas family law firms. Ms. Bohach joined her current firm in that capacity in 2004. She later decided to sit for the bar and was admitted to practice before the state courts of Texas in 2011.

The experience Ms. Bohach gained during her years working as a family law case strategist has served her well in her current practice. It has allowed her to help her clients work toward arriving at the types of agreements that may best protect their interests while also helping their divorces to proceed in smooth fashions. By doing so, she is often able to help her clients to resolve their matters more quickly so that they can move on with their lives. In every case, she keeps her focus on her clients’ needs in order to help them achieve successful outcomes. Ms. Bohach understands the kind of stress that divorce and family law cases can bring, and she strives to minimize the resulting emotional conflict for her clients.
